Best Friends Part 2
Dear Jonah,
I think it is so wonderful to watch two little kids and watch them as they interact with each other. They have their own language and their own inside jokes. You have a best friend at school named Mack and ya'll look to do everything together at school. When your dad and I drop you off at school we watch from the window as you run to him and ya'll run off to go play together. Ya'll immediately run to each other and start chasing each other on the play ground. When we pick you up from school you have to tell him bye before you go and ya'll laugh at each other and call each other "Mr. Bam Bam!" So cute. It all started when you wore the Flinstone's kid Bam Bam shirt to school and every since then, Mack has called you Mr. Bam Bam and you call him Mr. Bam Bam. Ya'll laugh at each other's jokes and give each other hugs and high fives. It's adorable. Ya'll both play soccer, ya'll both wear your hair long, ya'll both like to act like crazy boys and jump on stuff and run around. Ya'll are two peas in a pod. We've requested that ya'll be in the same kindergarten class at school next year because I can't bear for ya'll to be apart. It is so important for a little kid to have friends and have fun with someone your age. Not that you wouldn't have fun with the other kids, but you notice when Mack's not there. You say, "I hope Mack is at school today." I hope so too baby, I hope so too.
Love always and forever,
Mommy
